Keeping in line with the Northwest Fire Centre, the Prince George Fire Centre will be rescinding their open fire bans tomorrow.
Category 2 fires had been banned in the Fire Centre, but recent weather changes have reduced the wildfire threat level.
As of noon tomorrow, the burns will once again be allowed within their jurisdiction.
If you are seeking to start a large, Category 3, fire you will need to seek permission from the Centre before starting the burn.
As always, individual fire zones and regions may have their own burning restrictions in place and you should always check before starting a fire.
