Ksi Lisims LNG is continuing to collect landmark international energy supply deals like trading cards.
They’ve now officially signed a deal with Securing Energy for Europe, or SEFE, following an initial agreement announced in May.
It will see the Nisga’a Nation-owned LNG terminal ship them a million tonnes of LNG annually for 20 years.
Ksi Lisims has also inked deals to become the first Canadian LNG supplier in the UK, Germany, and Australia in recent months.
In total, binding purchase agreements now cover 7 of the 12 million tonnes the Gingolx facility is set to produce.
Preliminary agreements are also covering another 2 million.
Like the other deals, the SEFE one is slated to begin in the 2030s, and is contingent on a Final Investment Decision, expected later this year.
