The Federal Indian Hospitals Settlement is hosting free, one-on-one Claimant Support Sessions in Lax Kw’alaams on October 15 and 16, 2026, at the Lax Kw’alaams Recreation Centre Elders Lodge, 1600 Church Street.
Claims Helpers trained in trauma-informed and culturally grounded practices will be available to explain eligibility, answer questions about the Claims Process, and provide one-on-one support with completing Claims. Support is available in English.
Wellness and cultural supports will also be available on-site, and members of surrounding communities are welcome.
